Terms of Service

Terms and Conditions of the Account

The user must provide a valid email address and other information to conclude the application process. The user must is responsible for to keeping his/her password secret and to protected from access by unauthorized third parties. The user is responsible for the maintenance of his/her private area and the security of his/her account. DropReview assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred by failing to protect login data.

Responsibility of the User for Content

The content of or its services may not be copied and/or reproduced and/or transmitted in a changed form by the user. DropReview claims no intellectual property rights for the content uploaded by the user. The user is solely responsible for the content uploaded by him/her. For this reason, the user warrants that the content is either material that is free of all rights or that the user has the required rights (copyright, trademark, rights to a name and rights to distinguishing marks). The user also guarantees that the content provided by him/her to the service does not violate statutory regulations, third party rights or public morality. In particular, content must not be threatening, abusive, racist, defamatory, disturbing, offensive, pornographic, nor may it glorify violence or be harmful to young people in any manner whatsoever. The service may not be used to transmit viruses, worms or damaging content

Ownership over your content

Your content is yours and under your responsibility. DropReview will make all your content available for download upon request and identification. Approvals and user activities and comments can not be downloaded.


Fees and payment

"Team Review"  service : The customer authorizes DropReview to obtain payment for the services that are not included in the "free plan". Payments are for the subscription to the "team review" service and are not affected by the actual use. The Customer may not withhold payment, any claim or dispute with Dropreview is to be addressed by mail and will be resolved or refunded in accordance to DropReview policy.


"Expert Review" Service fee is with accordance to the expert price determined by the expert. By choosing the reviewer for a review report the customer acknowledges the price requested by the reviewer and is required to complete the payment procedure. A review request payment for a review is  charged in advance and is transfered to the expert on completion of the review and with accordance to the full satisfaction the requester. (customer requesting a review). Customer may request a refund if the reviewer report is not to his/hers satisfaction.


Expert Votes on visual content. Requesting votes from experts requires a onetime payment and is not refundable. DropReview will send the voting request to 20-30 experts that match the field of expertise required. This is expected to yield between 15-25 votes.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. A request to cancel your account can only be made through the settings page in your account. No other form of communication will be applicable for cancellation. Upon cancellation of your account all of your content will be deleted from the service, including but not limited to images, comments, annotations and settings. This information can not be recovered once your account is canceled. Comments and content uploaded by users authorized by the account owner will be deleted upon cancellation.

Charge Back / Refund policy

In case of unused service, DropReview will not issue a refund. Users can choose to opt-in to the plan of their choice. When the contract reaches it’s end period it will renew automatically. Cancellation can be made via the service. Cancellation should be done 4 business days prior to the next billing  date to allow processing and confirmation.

Cash refunds will only be issued for the expert review service issued in any circumstances. If you have a question or dispute about charges please contact DropReview immediately. If there was an error with charges made to your account, Dropreview will credit your credit card account.  Any failure to fulfill payment for the  service will entitle DropReview to close the account and notify the credit card companies. A due notice will be provided


You may request a refund on the "Expert Review " Service. Refunds will be made as soon as possible. DropReview holds the right to review the request for evaluation and improvement purposes. Dropreview holds the right to reject review requests by customers.




General Conditions

By accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that :(i) You allow DropReview to contact you with marketing information via the email address you provide. You may opt out of these email communications at any time (ii) You understand that DropReview uses third party vendors and hosting to and necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. (iii) Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. (iv) You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written permission by DropReview. DropReview may remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to immediately suspend an account if our records indicate misuse or excessive use of bandwidth, significantly above the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by DropReview). Transmitting or posting content which is considered as spam, malicious or destructive content such as viruses, worms and trojan horses will result in immediate suspension of users account with no warning. You understand that whilst DropReview endeavor to keep your Content private, employees may from time to time view your content to ensure users are not in breach of the Terms of Service. DropReview commits to take reasonable measures to provide  it's service 24/7  except 1. Planned downtime for which a notice will be given 2. Any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond DropReview’s reasonable control. These include acts of God, acts of government, weather related political or terror acts or omissions of local or central government or other competent authorities; and computer, telecommunications, Internet service provider or hosting facility failures or delays involving hardware, software or power systems not within Dropreview’s reasonable control, and denial of service attacks; or legal or regulatory restrictions imposed on Dropreview which prevent the providing of the Services. DropReview does not warrant that: (i) The service will meet your specific requirements.(ii)The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. (iii)The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable (iv)The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations. (v)Any errors in the Service will be corrected as fast as possible. You expressly agree that DropReview shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses


Modifications to the Service

DropReview reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or parts of it. Prices are subject to change at a 30 days notice. DropReview shall not be liable to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
